Team Participation Rules

πŸ‘‰Each team can have 1 to 3 members only.

πŸ‘‰One student can participate in only one team.

πŸ‘‰Team members must belong to the same category.

πŸ‘‰Each team can submit only one project.

πŸ‘‰The project must be created by the registered team members only.

πŸ‘‰All team members should be able to explain the project idea, code, working logic, and final output.

Registration

➑️The registration fee is β‚Ή300 per team.

➑️The fee will be applicable for each participating team.

➑️The last date for registration is 31st July, 2026

➑️Registration will be confirmed only after successful fee payment and submission of required details.

 

Competition Mode

πŸ‘‰The competition will be conducted online.

πŸ‘‰Teams are required to submit a project demonstration video.

πŸ‘‰The video will be considered the final entry for judging.

πŸ‘‰No offline presentation will be required.

Submission Deadline

➑️ The last date to submit the project video is 10th August, 2026.

➑️ Result announcement will be on 15th August, 2026. 

➑️ Late submissions will not be accepted.

 


  • - Guidelines -

Project Guidelines:

  1. Create an original project based on themes such as Independence Day, India, smart nation, safety, education, culture, or technology for society.

  2. Use any coding platform, programming language, software, microcontroller, hardware board, AI tool, or robotics components.

  3. Ensure the project demonstrates creativity, coding logic, and relevance to the chosen theme.

  4. Develop the project entirely by the participating team.

  5. Use internet resources only for learning and reference.

  6. Copied projects or code without understanding will not be accepted.

  7. Be prepared to clearly explain how the project works.

Video Submission Guidelines:

  1. Each team must submit a clear project demonstration video.

  2. The video duration should be 1 to 3 minutes.

  3. The video should include:

    • Team member introduction

    • School name

    • Class and category

    • Project title

    • Project idea and purpose

    • Platform, software, or microcontroller used

    • Code explanation

    • Working demonstration of the project

  4. The video should be clear, audible, and properly recorded.

  5. The project must be visible in the video.

  6. The submitted video will be treated as the final presentation for judging.

Safety Guidelines:

  1. Participants must avoid fire, sharp tools, harmful chemicals, or unsafe electrical connections.


  2. Projects using batteries, motors, or circuits should be handled carefully.


  3. Adult supervision is recommended for younger students while making hardware-based projects.


  4. The organizers will not be responsible for any damage or injury caused during project preparation.


Hardware & Kit Rules:

  1. Participants may use any microcontroller or electronic components.

  2. No pre-made robotics kit or ready-to-use project kit is allowed.

  3. Students may use individual components such as sensors, motors, LEDs, wires, breadboards, cardboard, acrylic, wood, 3D-printed parts, and craft materials.

  4. Ready-made working models, plug-and-play kits, or fully assembled project kits will not be accepted.

  5. The design, coding, and working logic must be created by the participating team.

A team may be disqualified if:

  1. The project is copied from another participant or online source.

  2. The team uses a pre-made kit or ready-made working model.

  3. The student is found participating in more than one team.

  4. The project is submitted after the deadline.

  5. Team members are unable to explain the project or code.

  6. The project contains unsafe materials or harmful components.

  7. The submission details are incomplete or incorrect.

  8. The project does not follow the competition theme or guidelines.
